ABOUT
A MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER
"I founded Effective Flow Connections because I am passionate about helping people and fixing things. I truly believe that people and organizations are capable of just about anything when a growth mindset is embraced and encouraged. Looking from the outside in and asking the question “why?” can go a long way when looking for improvement opportunities!
I've seen too many organizations with "flavor of the week" initiatives, trying to meet goals related to ever-changing priorities. Taking the time to create a thoughtful strategy, and develop a plan to successfully execute it will lead you and your team to victory. According to the Project Management Institute (PMI), organizations that invest in proven project management practices waste 28 times less money, as more of their strategic initiatives are completed successfully. Saving money is something that most leaders can get onboard with, and we can help you with this! We will help ensure leaders are aligned on how your organization and projects will move forward, by facilitating hard conversations and ensuring decisions are made.
I am committed to working with you to solve complex problems and design high-quality solutions. I will do everything possible to ensure you are happy with the services provided by Effective Flow Connections. Contact me today to discuss how we can support you with strategic planning, project management, change management, facilitation, and training."
